These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dbpk platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on dbpk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Overview
Understanding Your Agreement with dbpk
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbpk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the dbpk website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and related services.
By accessing any part of the dbpk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not use the dbpk platform.
dbpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Where translations have been made available for reference, the English text prevails in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
Binding on Registration
Creating a dbpk account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all supplementary rules referenced within. No separate signature is required.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active dbpk account. Operating multiple accounts — even under different names or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All casino games on dbpk use certified random number generators. Live dealer games use real physical equipment under independent oversight. Outcomes are never manipulated.
Section 1
Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Registration
Age Requirement
The dbpk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Players who misrepresent their age during registration will have their accounts suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds voided. Real-money deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to open and maintain a dbpk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering voluntarily and in your own legal name, with accurate personal details.
- You are not acting on behalf of a third party or as an agent for another person.
- You have not previously had a dbpk account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dbpk or its affiliated suppliers.
- You understand and accept that online gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
- You have not been placed on a self-exclusion register and are not subject to an active self-exclusion on the Platform.
Registration Process
Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are required to create a unique username and a strong password. dbpk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail provided during registration at any time.
Jurisdiction Notice
dbpk operates as an offshore platform. Players are individually responsible for determining whether accessing and using the dbpk Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. dbpk does not make any representation that access to the Platform is legal in Bangladesh or in any other specific territory. By registering, you confirm that you have made your own legal assessment and accept full responsibility for your compliance with applicable local laws.
Registration Checklist

- Not a current dbpk employee or close family member thereof

KYC Verification
Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate together with proof of ownership of your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account).
SMS Verification
Your Bangladesh mobile number is used for two-factor authentication on login and for high-value withdrawal confirmation. Keep your registered number active and secure at all times.

Account Obligations
Security of Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dbpk username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. dbpk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dbpk support immediately via the live chat channel and change your password without delay. dbpk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to keep your registered account details accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to dbpk support and re-verified where required. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered and verified under your account — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
One Account Strictly Enforced
Each natural person may hold exactly one dbpk account. Holding multiple accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbpk will close the duplicate account(s), void any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts, and may close the primary account at its discretion.
Responsible Use of Account
You agree to use your dbpk account solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use your account in connection with any commercial betting scheme, syndicate operation, arbitrage strategy designed to exploit promotion terms, or any system that constitutes an abuse of the Platform's normal commercial operation.
Account Funds and Segregation
Your real-money BDT balance held in your dbpk account is maintained separately from Platform operational funds. dbpk does not use player funds for business operations. Your balance represents a credit that is redeemable subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements.
Account Statements
A full transaction history — including deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, bets settled, and bonus transactions — is available within your dbpk account dashboard at all times. It is your responsibility to review your transaction history regularly and to report any discrepancy to dbpk support within 30 days of the transaction date.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
dbpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following BDT-denominated payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion. dbpk does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or any payment method not listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your dbpk account within sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to four (4) hours to credit during business hours (09:00–18:00 BST, Sunday to Thursday). dbpk is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile financial service provider.
Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. dbpk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next available business cycle. Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to method availability.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP tier players on application). Withdrawal requests that exceed your available verified balance will be rejected.
Withdrawal Eligibility Conditions
Before a withdrawal request will be approved, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
- Your registered mobile number must be confirmed via SMS verification.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money BDT balance (Bonus Funds are excluded from withdrawable balance until wagering requirements are met).
- No active fraud investigation or account review is in progress on your account.
- Your account must not be in a restricted, suspended, or self-excluded status.
Anti-Money Laundering
dbpk maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Unusual transaction patterns — including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles with minimal gameplay, large round-number transfers, or deposits from multiple payment methods — may trigger an AML review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation. dbpk cooperates with relevant authorities in connection with suspected financial crime.

Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the dbpk sportsbook and all wagers placed on dbpk casino games are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining specifically to that game or market.
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
A bet is not confirmed until dbpk has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference number. dbpk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system or data feed error — may be voided by dbpk. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account in full.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
dbpk cricket betting covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers home and away international fixtures. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:
- Match Result markets: A minimum of one ball must be bowled for a match result bet to stand. Abandoned matches with no balls bowled result in void bets and full stake return.
- In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the precise moment of bet placement. Network latency does not constitute grounds for bet cancellation by the Player.
- DLS method results are treated as official results for all match outcome markets. Player-specific performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken) are settled on official scorecards only.
- In the event of a match being rescheduled to a different venue or date, dbpk reserves the right to void all pre-match bets and re-open new markets for the rescheduled fixture.
Live Casino Rules
Live dealer games on dbpk are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game shows — are governed by the provider's game rules displayed within the game interface. dbpk is not responsible for provider-side technical interruptions, but will work with the provider to confirm bet outcomes where a round is interrupted mid-play.
Slots and RNG Games
All slot and RNG casino game outcomes on dbpk are determined by certified random number generator technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. Persistent progressive jackpots accumulate across all players on the dbpk network and are awarded according to the specific jackpot game rules.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds awarded by dbpk are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real-money BDT. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated bonus validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire on the validity deadline and are removed from the account without compensation.
Eligible Games for Wagering
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. The standard contribution rates are as follows:
- Slots (non-excluded titles): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Sportsbook bets (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Crash games (Aviator and equivalents): 50% contribution per ৳1 wagered
- Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution — excluded from wagering
Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
dbpk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee low-risk bonus clearance; systematically targeting low-variance games in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play solely to clear wagering requirements; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the Player would not otherwise be eligible.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform in any manner not available to ordinary human users.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, display bugs, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided regardless of good faith.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion in relation to any sporting event on which dbpk offers betting markets.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, terrorist financing, or any other activity that would constitute a financial crime under any applicable law.
- Charging back a deposit through your payment provider after using the deposited funds to place bets. Chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
- Impersonating another person, using a false identity, or providing fabricated documents during the KYC process.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other game where player-to-player collusion is possible.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your dbpk account to any third party for any consideration or purpose.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where dbpk identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend access to the Player's account pending investigation.
- Permanently close the account and void all pending bets and bonus balances.
- Withhold any withdrawal requests pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Recover any promotional funds or winnings obtained through the prohibited conduct.
- Share information about the conduct and the account holder with other operators, industry fraud-prevention networks, and law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
Reporting Prohibited Conduct
If you become aware of another player engaging in prohibited conduct — including match-fixing, collusion, or multi-accounting — you are encouraged to report it to dbpk support via the live chat channel. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly. Verified reports that lead to successful enforcement action may result in a reward at dbpk's discretion.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by dbpk
dbpk reserves the right to suspend any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for prohibited conduct; the account holder has provided false registration information; a security concern has been identified; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires restriction of the account.
During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the suspension will be lifted and any held withdrawal will be processed promptly. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the findings communicated to the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your dbpk account at any time by contacting support via the live chat channel. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money BDT balance will be returned in full subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
Self-Exclusion
dbpk provides a voluntary self-exclusion facility for players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic. A self-exclusion request can be submitted for a minimum period of six (6) months up to a maximum period of five (5) years, or on a permanent basis. During self-exclusion, your account will be deactivated, all marketing communications will cease, and you will be prevented from creating a new account on the Platform for the duration of your exclusion period.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. dbpk strongly encourages any player who feels they are losing control of their gambling to use this facility without hesitation. Effect of Closure on Outstanding Obligations
Account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by dbpk — does not extinguish any obligation you have incurred prior to closure. In particular: any debt owed to dbpk arising from a chargeback, fraudulent deposit, or abuse of promotional funds remains recoverable by dbpk after account closure; and any unresolved dispute that was submitted before closure will continue to be handled through the standard dispute resolution process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbpk's total liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dbpk is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dbpk is incorporated as an offshore operator. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact dbpk support to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
Self-Exclusion Duration Options
- 6 months — minimum cooling-off period

- Permanent — cannot be reversed
